    • Photos and/or videos showcasing the problem.
  • If the issue is confirmed to be a non-human caused manufacturing defect, we will send a replacement product free of charge.

  • We do not accept returns or refunds without a valid reason or for reasons unrelated to product quality.
  • Once an order has been shipped, we do not support order cancellations or refunds.
