What's the capacity? Can IVYCable fully charge my phone?
IVYCable has a 2800 mAh capacity. It can fully charge iPhone 13 mini once, which can meet the daily power demand.
Can IVYCable support PD fast charging?
IVYCable has the maximum input and output of 5V,2.1A. IVYCable doesn't support fast charging temporarily, but we are working on it.
Will IVYCable be too bulky to carry on?
IVYCable has the same size as a standard charging cable with 3 output connectors. It only weighs 120g, you can hardly feel its weight in your pocket.
What devices can IVYCable charge? Can it charge a tablet?
IVYCable has 2 adapters for output: Type-C and lighting. It can charge devices with lighting or type-C port, such as Apple, Samsung, Huawei, Oppo, Vivo, and others. IVYCable can charge your tablet if it supports input of 5V 2.1A.
Why IVYCable can't charge my phone when I use it for the first time?
IVYCable has a low battery at first. You need to charge it before using it. When the battery level is higher than 50%, the pass-through charing will be activitaed to charge your phone.

Do you have a warranty?
We have a warranty for one year. If you meet with any problem, please record a video to send to us(email address: hello@azurbitl.com). We will help you solve it and replace it if the problem can't be solved.
